Barton G. Weiss is an internationally recognized event concept designer, restaurateur and culinary visionary. In his two-decade career, Weiss has created more than 20,000 events for corporate, sports and social clients and has become known around the globe as one of the industry’s most innovative talents with an unlimited ability to surprise and inspire.
Weiss’ clients include Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, celebrities and professional sports clients such as the NFL, PGA, USGA, Ryder Cup and BMW Championship. He opened Barton G. The Restaurant in South Beach in 2002. His second restaurant, Prelude by Barton G., opened in Miami’s performing-arts center in October 2009.

With years of experience helming special events for national sporting franchises and Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Babil brings technical expertise as well as logistical knowledge to her position. Under her direction, the Barton G. staff assures a timely and effective transition from concept to reality, while she maintains an ongoing dialogue with clients, event producers, vendors and our production team.

Lambrino Christoff is responsible for the designs that lay the foundation for Barton G. events and restaurants. Under his direction, a talented staff of artists transforms written proposals into visual realities. Christoff has received numerous awards for his work including international recognition with the prestigious Frederick Mechiche Award in Interior Design.
Vice President of Sports & Entertainment
Scott Daffron brings extensive knowledge and experience in high-volume events for the various Barton G. divisions. As Director of Operations with Restaurant Associates from 1996 to 2002, Daffron was responsible for all systems of operations at such prestigious sporting events as the US Open Tennis Championship as well as the US Open Golf Championship, PGA Championship and Ryder Cup Matches.
The company works closely with clients to best serve their food and beverage needs. Hors d’oeuvres, entrées and desserts are designed to become unforgettable party highlights.
Barton G. maintains a consistently evolving culinary philosophy, in step with the latest food trends while also inventing new ones. Clients consult with the company’s highly trained food and beverage team to fulfill their ideal requests.
The company has the capacity to produce events for 10 guests to more than 1,000 at venues throughout the country and the world.
